Dr. Ali Malik, M.D.

Dr. Malik graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Howard University. He
received his doctoral degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. After
graduation, Dr. Malik completed an internship in internal medicine at Howard University Hospital.
Following his internship completion, Dr. Malik traveled to Miami Beach, Florida for his residency at
Mount Sinai Medical Center. The following year, he traveled to Cleveland, OH to complete a vascular
and interventional radiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Malik has extensive research
experience and has published many journals and papers regarding interventional radiology. In his spare
time, Dr. Malik enjoys volunteer work, calligraphy, mountain biking, traveling, squash, bowling, and
soccer. From 2011-2012, he worked as a Clinical Manager for a weekly medical student-run free clinic at
Howard University Hospital. In 2014-2015, Dr. Malik served as co-chair for the Vascular Diseases Service
Line (VDSL).
