Prioritize Your Health on International Women’s Day!

“Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us.” – Wilma Rudolph

As health providers, International Women’s Day is a special time of the year where we would like to recognize the strong women leaders throughout history across the globe; women whom despite adversity, have triumphed through generations of oppression. Today, our mission is to spread awareness of health options that allow women to be pain free, so they can live an active life. We are proud to celebrate International Women’s Day by educating women on non-surgical peripheral artery disease (PAD) treatment that lets them take control of both their bodies, and their lives.

Throughout centuries, women’s health issues have not been taken seriously, and their pain has been negated or discounted. Our doctors prioritize their patients’ feelings and concerns, because they know how serious arterial disease can be. Our main goal is to provide non-surgical procedures in the most transparent way possible, so that all or our patients can feel safe and comfortable at our centers. Because PAD can cause serious health complications, we are proud to offer an outpatient procedure that lets patients easily prioritize their health. Stent angioplasty helps bring a peace of mind to patients who are worried about enduring painful, surgical procedures to treat their blocked arteries. When plaque builds up in one’s arteries, it could become life-threatening if left untreated. By offering minimally invasive PAD treatment, our doctors provide their patients with a procedure they don’t need to fear. Blocked arteries don’t allow blood to flow freely from your limbs to your heart, and back again. When your arteries cannot do their job, your heart can become stressed, which can cause heart attacks and strokes. Our patients can count on our doctors to look out for their well-being. Overall, they strive to bring a healthcare experience that is both empathetic and communicative.
