Very good experience. Caring, friendly, professional. Very clean, tidy, and organized office and patient procedure rooms. Very attentive to correct scheduled procedure (left or right leg) and attentive they have the correct patient (patient attestation at every procedure). Attentive as well to being certain the procedure is covered by your health care provider. There was a man waiting once while I was there for the office staff to be absolutely sure his procedure was covered by his healthcare provider, they were initially unable to verify and so he had to wait for that to be done before they would proceed with his appointment. I noticed this and truly appreciated – as if it were me, I would not want to proceed until they were absolutely certain of the coverage by my healthcare provider. Very often other healthcare providers aren’t sure, can’t give you any information, tell you to call your healthcare provider yourself.
